Bhavvy is offered as a subscription service. Subscription payments are securely processed by Stripe.

Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's billing settings.

We strive to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, Bhavvy cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available or free from interruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Interfere with the operation or security of Bhavvy.
• Use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activities.

Bhavvy, including its software, branding, design, and content, is owned by Bhavvy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the information you upload to the platform, including your business details, bookings, customer information, and other content you create while using the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bhavvy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
